When I walked into the room I was met by a musty smell coming from the bathroom. After turning on the light in the bathroom and waiting for it to reach full flicker, I could see the source of the smell. There was mold in the grout of the shower and around the baseboards. The floor looked like it had only been quickly wiped down because there was a thick accumulation of dust and grime in the corners. The exhaust fan in the ceiling was almost plugged with dust. There was hair and other dirt on the ceiling that made it look like it had been wiped with a dirty rag. The towels hanging on the bent towel rack were worn and stained. The sink didn?t drain properly and the shower/tub hardly drained at all. After a quick shower the water was more than ankle deep. The doorknob on the bathroom door was loose. The flourescent light in the bathroom flickered horribly. The rest of the room wasn?t any better. The curtains had been torn loose on both ends and wouldn?t cover the window properly. They also had what appeared to be cigarette burns in them. It was obvious from the dust bunnies and other garbage on the floor that the carpet hadn?t been vacuumed around the edges or under any furniture. The wallpaper near the bathroom door had been torn off the wall and slapped back on. The safety latch on the door to the hallway was broken off and the door was damaged where the latch should have been. The ottoman was broken. Although I didn?t dare look too closely at the sheets for fear of what I might find, they had obviously seen better days.

When my boyfriend and I decided on a vacation here in Casper where I am from this was one of the first hotels I checked into staying at. We ended up picking this hotel from what I remember it being like and its location.. The afternoon we checked in the lady at the front desk was NOT friendly at all. We asked for a window room on second floor and got a door look out onto the indoor pool. That night was very aweful and very loud. we had drunk people on each side of us. The bed was aweful. It was not comfy at all.. The card in the bathroom says the sheets on the bed will be changed every 3rd day unless the card is left on the pillow of the bed. To make sure on the 3rd day on our way out of the room I made sure to place the card on the pillow.. I am used to having clean sheets every other day and 3 days is a little long for me. That afternoon when we returned I checked the sheets to see if they had been changed. I knew I would be able to tell since the sheets were put on inside out when we arived the first day.. Didnt get changed.. Last day we stayed was CRAPPY They had a very very large rap concert in their ballrooms outside the pool area. Not enough cops or anyone to take care of all the little teenager "thugs" running around. at about 115am we went to the front desk and they would not do anything for us. at 2am a fite broke out and everything was over about 3am. Didnt get much sleep for the flight the next morning.
They do have a great pool! -

I stayed here one night at $*. I used a debit card and was double charged. When I learned of it and called the hotel, they said it always happens with debit cards and there's a ""warning sign"" on the front desk. I got my money back after a Better Business Bureau complaint, but it took a week. If you stay here, DON'T PAY WITH A DEBIT CARD! Better yet, stay someplace with reputable business practices.

Coffee dried and left in broken coffee pot (piece of glass missing). Front desk said they'd bring up new pot - 2 hours later had to take broken pot to front desk and they brough a new unit to room while we were gone. Carpet not vacuumed. Tub full of rust and caulk around silver ring - plug was missing. Had to insert another full ring and plug into existing ring to use tub. Bathroom did not appear clean. Pillow cases looked slept on. Huge industrial fans drying the hallway entire time we were there.
